A woman was injured in a shooting in Reading on Thursday night, police said.
Police said the shooting happened at 11:17 p.m. in the 100 block of South 10th Street.
Officers who arrived on the scene found the woman, whom police did not identify, injured after a bullet pierced the front door of her home.
The woman has been treated at Reading hospital and is in stable condition, police said.
An investigation is ongoing Friday afternoon and the police are not releasing any further information.
