At least one person was killed early Friday morning in a car crash on Interstate Highway 80 in the census-designated town of Rodeo in Contra Costa County, the California Highway Patrol said.
Around 4 a.m., the CHP was alerted to a vehicle collision in the westbound lanes of I-80 near the Willow Avenue exit. A Chrysler 300 had collided with another vehicle.
All lanes have reopened as of 5:27 a.m., the CHP said.
Further details about the crash were not immediately available.
