One woman is dead and another is in custody after a fight in downtown Raleigh allegedly led to an intentional wreck, police said Friday.
According to a news release, police were called to a car crash in the 300 block of Haywood Street around 11:30 a.m. Friday. Tara Dunn, 39, was seriously injured in the wreck and later died at a hospital, the release said.
Kiara Dominique Brown, 25, was arrested on murder charges in Dunn’s death. Brown and Dunn reportedly got into an argument before Brown hit Dunn with her car, police said.
