One person was taken to the hospital after a shooting in west Charlotte on Wednesday evening.
The incident occurred just before 10:30 p.m. at 1900 Taylor Avenue.
According to MEDIC, the victim was taken to Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center for treatment.
