One person was taken to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Washington Township.

Just after 7 a.m., emergency services responded to the scene to reports that someone had been struck by a vehicle in the 600 block of E Whipp Rd.

Upon arrival, emergency responders found a person lying on the side of the road after being struck by a vehicle, a Montgomery County Regional Police sergeant said.
The person was taken to Kettering Health. Details about their condition were not immediately available.
