PASSAIC – Police are investigating the shooting of a child and two adults Friday evening at Aspen Place and Columbia Avenue.
Police responded to reports of shots fired at 7:20 p.m., according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office and the city’s police department. At the scene, first responders found a 13-year-old, a 71-year-old woman and a 90-year-old man, all from Passaic, suffering from non-fatal gunshot wounds.
The victims were transported to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center, Paterson and St. Mary’s Hospital in Passaic.

According to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, police were able to locate a possible crime scene in the area.
