Nearly 200 Michigan employers have been named Michigan Top Workplaces for 2024.
Any organization with 50 or more employees in the state was eligible to participate in the program, which identifies the best places to work through a workplace culture survey.
The survey is managed by Detroit Free Press research partner Energage, which conducts surveys for media outlets in 65 markets. Energage surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations last year.
Michigan companies, by number of employees, were surveyed over the summer. These categories are small (50 to 149 employees), medium (150-499 employees) and large (500 or more employees).
Ultimately, 198 companies were named Michigan Top Workplaces. This was the 17th year of the program.
