ST. PAUL, Minn. — Three people are in the hospital after a garbage truck crashed in St. Paul early Wednesday afternoon.
The St. Paul Fire Department reports the crash occurred on West Seventh Street between South Madison Street and South Springfield Street at 12:38 p.m.
Authorities would not say how the accident happened, but said it involved a garbage truck and two cars.
Three people were transported to a local hospital for their injuries. Their condition is unknown.
St. Paul firefighters confirmed there was no leak from the garbage truck.
