PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A 9-year-old boy has been shot and a man is in critical condition after a shooting in North Philadelphia Friday night.
According to police, the shooting happened around 6:19 p.m. at 600 North 12th Street. The 9-year-old boy suffered a gunshot wound to his right leg and the man was shot multiple times, police said.
Both the boy and the man were taken by police to Jefferson Hospital. The boy is expected to be OK, police said.
According to police, a firearm was found in a house. The motive for the shooting is unknown.
