Alicia Keys went on ‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert’ on Monday to promote a new Broadway musical inspired by her life. For the look, Keys pulled out a pair of white leather boots with a touch of extra glamour.
The singer is currently promoting “Hell’s Kitchen,” a coming-of-age jukebox musical that tells the story of Keys’ life in the early 1990s. The project features music from the star, who wore a blue denim bomber jacket and Gwyneth cargo jeans from Blue Cult with oversized pockets during her interview.
For shoes, Keys wore a pair of boots. The white leather footwear has a pointed toe and a single sole. It comes from the company Charles & Keith.
The ankle boots have a zipper for ease of use and are ankle high. The distinguishing part of the design is the approximately five centimeter high heel: the brass-colored heel is a block style with details that make it look like it is braided.

Although the shoe is not currently available in white, Charles & Keith still offers the boot in black. That version now costs $66.
The ‘If I Ain’t Got You’ hitmaker is a known fan of boots. For the colder scene, she’s often seen in suede styles, like a pair of black suede knee-high boots she wore during an impromptu performance in London in December. She also has a pair of brown suede platform boots with a lug sole that she wore to the Broadway premiere of “The Outsiders.”
Lately she has been opting for different shoe styles. She donned a pair of classic black suede pumps for the opening night of ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ in April. When she stopped by “The Kelly Clarkson Show” last week, she opted for sneakers and grabbed a pair of Retro Nike Off-White shoes.
