The three major wildfires in Southern California are almost completely under control.
The airport fire in Orange and Riverside counties is 95 percent contained. Since its inception on September 9, the disaster has devastated 23,526 hectares and destroyed more than 100 homes.
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire) says the fire currently remains within containment lines and crews continue to make progress toward full containment. All evacuation orders and warnings have been lifted.
Elsewhere, in Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties, the 54,878-acre bridge fire was contained 97 weeks after it started on September 8.
The line fire was also 83 percent contained in San Bernardino County. The fire, started by arson on September 5, destroyed one structure and damaged four others, while injuring four firefighters.
