At its meeting on Thursday, Daviess Fiscal Court took the following actions:

• Declared production month

• Acceptance of a memorandum of understanding between the Daviess County Detention Center and the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

• Approved Minutes of Daviess County Fiscal Court Meeting September 19, 2024

• Approved claims for all departments

• Approved upon acceptance of proposal from Business Communications Solutions, LLC for nine (9) access control doors for the Daviess County Courthouse

• Approved audit engagement letter to the State Auditor of Public Accounts

• Approved grant agreement to reduce litter by 2025

• Approved Resolution 18-2024: Amended and Restated Supplemental Grant Agreement between the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Daviess County Fiscal Court for the Daviess County Fiscal Court Hydrants Project

• A Memorandum of Understanding has been approved between the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, the Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities and the Daviess County Fiscal Court to establish an agreement in support of the activities of the Friends of Sinners men’s facility
