A lottery opens for Delaware tags with low grades

The Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles will open registration on Monday, Oct. 28 for drivers to win low-number tags, known as “Tag-A-Palooza.” The lottery gives registered drivers in the state the chance to win a five-digit license plate for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, caravans, motorcycles and more.
