In the last episode of The Golden BacheloretteJoan landed in Tahiti and embarked on a romantic snorkeling adventure with Guy, before spending her first night in a fantasy suite with him. The next day, she went on a date with Chock, where he revealed that he is falling in love with her, before they too went to their fantasy suite. But the problem with these fantasy suites is that for Joan, at least, there isn’t a bed in the room.

“I want to have some time off camera so we can talk and discuss intimate things, but when it comes to the physical part of that, I’m not going to do that with three different people – so I’m not going to do it now with whoever,” Joan explained in the episode. “I’m going to save that for when I get my last person.”

Then it was time for Joan to see Pascal. The couple took part in a traditional Tahitian bonding ceremony, which unfortunately caused Pascal to panic and reevaluate things. His day with Joan ended when he decided to leave the competition. Leaving Joan with two remaining participants: Guy and Chock.

Joan Vassos started her journey with 24 men vying for her heart. Now she only has two Golden bachelorette participants.

  • Chock, 60, an insurance executive from Wichita, Kan.

  • Guy, 66, an emergency room doctor from Reno, Nev.
