Security guard injured in shooting outside bar in Harrison Township

At least one person was injured Tuesday morning after a shooting near a bar in Harrison Township.

Around 1:04 a.m., crews were dispatched to the 4900 block of Old Barn Road, near the Palms Lounge and Grill, in Harrison Township after reports of a shooting.

Crews found at least one person who had been shot, according to a Montgomery County Regional Dispatch sergeant.

The victim is believed to be a security guard at the bar, according to a 911 call obtained by News Center 7.

Details about their conditions were not immediately available. They have not been taken to the hospital at this time.

Officers are also at the scene of a crash at Shiloh Springs Road and North Main Street that they believe is related to the shooting, the dispatch sergeant said.

When they arrived at the scene of the accident, they could not find the driver.

No suspect information was available at the time.
