In a motion filed Monday in Oakland County Circuit Court, Jennifer Crumbley’s attorney, Michael Dezsi, said his client’s proceedings were “tainted from top to bottom and arose from the prosecutor’s exaggerated attempt to to criminalize Mrs Crumbley’s conduct.”
