NC GOP moves closer to passing a bill that weakens the new governor

North Carolina’s Republican-controlled Senate voted Monday to override Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper’s veto of a bill that would partially weaken Gov.-elect Josh Stein, the next attorney general in Jeff Jackson, and other Democrats who were also elected lieutenant governor and school director in November. Governor Cooper joins Morning Joe to discuss.
