A judge dismissed a second-degree manslaughter charge in the Daniel Penny trial after the jury twice said Friday they were unable to reach a unanimous vote. Penny is charged in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely aboard a New York City subway train last year. Alice Gainer has more.
