If you’re bursting at the seams with Christmas spirit this season, the good news is you’re not alone. A deer, or should we say, reindeercouldn’t contain his energy and burst through the door of a business in South Jersey. And before you say it, no, we’re not talking about doorbuster deals.
AM Botte Mechanical, LLC Plumbing, Heating, & AC in Sewell, New Jersey, has released surveillance video of a local woodland friend playing some solo reindeer games this weekend.
In the “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” video set, the deer are seen charging through the parking lot and diving headfirst into the glass front door of the HVAC company. The deer quickly recovers, before leaping to a Christmas tree in the corner, knocking it over (did anyone shout wood?) and then clambering across the room.
The video then cuts to the deer looking sheepishly over his shoulder, as if he was caught opening presents before the rest of his furry woodland family was awake on Christmas morning.
The HVAC company on Delsea Drive wrote in part on its Facebook video of the deer: “After giving our Christmas tree a makeover (and perhaps checking for holiday deals), the deer was released safely and unharmed. We consider this as a sign –our holiday specials must be TOO exciting to resist!”
