Las Vegas Raiders player Charles Snowden arrested for driving under the influence

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Charles Snowden III is facing a drunken driving charge after his arrest Tuesday, 8 News Now investigators have learned.

Agents booked Snowden, 27, into the Clark County Detention Center early Tuesday morning and released him, the documents said. Snowden was not required to appear in court after his arrest and had no arraignment scheduled as of Wednesday.

Metro Police arrested Snowden on Rainbow Boulevard near Sunset Road in the Southwest Valley after receiving a report of a “suspicious vehicle,” the documents said. Snowden last played last Sunday in the game against Tampa Bay in Florida.

Snowden joined the Raiders in 2023. A representative for the team did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Snowden was not required to post bail and was not given a probable cause hearing before his release. Las Vegas police stopped releasing booking photos this summer after a court ruling.

No attorney for Snowden was listed in the court filing. A hearing was scheduled in April for a status check on the charging document against Snowden, which was filed on Wednesday.
