NY government will sign an extradition warrant

Governor Kathy Hochul, D-NY, joins Morning Joe to discuss her plan to sign a warrant for the extradition of Luigi Mangione to New York. Mangione was charged last night in New York with murder in the death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, who was shot in the city last Wednesday.
