Person in custody after two people, including juveniles, were shot near Dilworth Park ice skating rink in Philadelphia

One person is in custody after at least two people, including a juvenile, were shot near the Rothman Orthopedics Ice Rink in Center City, according to Philadelphia police.

Police are investigating the scene at 15th and Market streets, near City Hall.

It is unclear what the condition of the two victims is. Nothing is yet known about a motive for the shooting.
