Milwaukee police are asking for the public’s help in locating a seriously missing 11-year-old girl.
Police say Isis Flowers is believed to be near the 3800 block of North 18th Street on Tuesday afternoon.
Police describe her as black, 4 feet tall and weighing about 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and dark hair tied in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing a peach-colored hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, black Crocs with fur inside and a black scarf. Isis must be on foot, police said.

‘Seriously missing’ is a label that the police assigns to people who may be particularly vulnerable due to various factors.
