Eighteen people have appeared in court in connection with protests in Cardiff in June against the war in Gaza.
The ten women and eight men are charged with offenses including assaulting an emergency worker, detaining a person to cause serious disruption to South Wales Police, obstructing a police officer, deliberately obstructing the highway and the public order.
The 18, who have given speeches in South Wales, Cornwall and Hertfordshire, all deny the charges and have all been granted unconditional bail.
They will appear before Cardiff Magistrates Court again in the new year.
Sixteen arrests were made after a protest took place at the reception of Cardiff Bay Police Station on June 4, according to South Wales Police.
Police said in June that the arrests came hours after a man was arrested at an earlier demonstration involving around 50 to 60 people in central Cardiff.
The war began when Hamas-led gunmen carried out an unprecedented attack on southern Israel on October 7, 2023, killing around 1,200 people and taking 251 others hostage.
The Hamas-run Health Ministry claims that the number of Palestinians killed in Gaza during the 14-month war between Israel and Hamas has exceeded 45,000.
