A Fort Worth man is accused of threatening an FBI agent involved in the Hunter Biden investigation

A Fort Worth man has been charged with threatening an FBI agent involved in the Hunter Biden investigation, federal authorities said.

Timothy Muller, 43, was arrested Thursday and charged via a criminal complaint with threatening interstate communications and influencing, obstructing or retaliating against a federal official, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Leigha Simonton.

The complaint alleges that Muller called an FBI special agent on Tuesday who was known to be involved in an investigation into a laptop belonging to President Joe Biden’s son Biden.

Muller said, “Hey,” during which the officer hung up the call, but the defendant called back and left a voicemail threatening the officer and his family, the release said.

“You can run, but you can’t [expletive] hide,” Müller said. The caller continued by accusing the FBI agent of covering up additional crimes related to the Biden investigation.

The defendant called shortly after Biden was convicted in the trial for purchasing a firearm in 2018, the news release said.

“So here’s how it goes,” Muller said in the voicemail. “[T.]We’re going to win re-election, and off we go [expletive] go through the FBI and just start throwing yourself [expletives] into prison. Or you can steal another election, and then the guns will come out and we’ll hunt you down [expletives] down and slaughter you like the treacherous dogs you are [expletive] houses. In your own [expletive] beds. The last thing you will ever hear are the shocked cries of your widows and orphans. And do you know what we’re going to do? … We’re going to completely slaughter you [expletive] family.”

He followed up by sending the officer several text messages saying, “How’s the family doing? Safe?” and “Did you really think you would disenfranchise 75 million Americans and not die? Lol,” the release said.

If convicted, Muller faces up to 10 years in prison.
