A freeze advisory has been issued for parts of the Philadelphia region overnight as colder weather hits the Delaware Valley

Friday will start with the coldest temperatures of the season yet, with lows in the 30s and low 40s in the Philadelphia region.

This can be cold enough to cause patchy frosts in the coldest areas. A frost advisory has been issued for parts of South Jersey and the northwest suburbs of Philadelphia. It will be in effect from midnight until 9am on Friday. If your heating isn’t on yet, chances are it will be on Friday morning, or it will be quite chilly in your house.
