A New York woman says the car was taken on a joyride after she parked at JFK Airport

A Hudson Valley woman says her car was taken on a joyride from Jamaica, Queens to Jersey after parking in a long-term parking lot near JFK. As researcher Tim McNicholas reports, New York City attorneys say it’s one of dozens of unlicensed parking lots creating a “mep-a-mole” game for inspectors.
