Dec. 21 – A Sanford man faces three charges of assault with a deadly weapon, assault by pointing a gun and uttering threats.
Michael Alexander King, 35, of 1519 Winslow Drive was arrested Feb. 12 on a Nov. 30, 2023 bond. He posted $500 and was released on Feb. 12 on a $5,000 bond. As part of his bond, King was ordered not to contact the alleged victim or any prosecution witness.
According to the arrest warrant, King pointed black handguns at Brandon Lindsey’s head and said he would kill him the next time he saw him.
According to eCourts, King did not appear in court on July 23 and August 15.
A new hearing is scheduled for January 7.
