MENLO PARK – A magnitude 4.5 earthquake struck northeastern Sonoma County Saturday afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The earthquake was recorded at 12:34 p.m., near the border of Sonoma, Mendocino and Lake counties.
The epicenter of the quake was about 14 miles north of Healdsburg with a depth of about 2 miles.
According to PG&E’s live outage map, there were no power or gas outages in the area after the earthquake.
