Akron was ninth, Canton-Massillon 12th and Toledo 20th. Dayton and Columbus dropped out of the top 20 in the previous report.

The report shows that the average home in Ohio costs $252,000 or less.
The average list price for a home in Akron was $228,000, with properties on the market for 36 days.
The average list price in Canton-Massillon was $252,000, with properties on the market for 33 days.
The average list price in Toledo was $249,000, with properties on the market for 35 days.
