As sanitation workers drove through the flooded streets of North Fort Myers, Florida, early Thursday morning, they were startled when an alligator jumped out of the water and attacked their van.
“That was a big alligator that just bit our tire,” a stunned Dave Rieser told the van driver. “Wait until we get back to this video. I hope I have it.”
“It wasn’t a small alligator either,” he added.
