Anoka police investigate shooting that left 1 injured

ANOKA, Minnesota — Police in Anoka are investigating a shooting that injured a man Tuesday evening.

Anoka police said they received a report of a shooting in the area of ​​Sixth Avenue North and Jackson Street shortly after 5 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers found a man on the street who probably had a gunshot wound.

He was taken to hospital for treatment, but his condition is unknown at this time, police said.
