Metro Phoenix has long been a housing hotspot, and it looks like it will remain that way into 2025.
The National Association of Realtors released its Top 10 Housing Hot Spots for 2025 on Thursday, and the Phoenix, Mesa and Chandler areas made the list.
That’s no surprise, as a drop in mortgage rates to about 6.08% led to a slight increase in the housing market in metro Phoenix in late September and October. According to the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, home prices, sales and supply all increased during that period.
