As flooding hits Minnesota, residents without flood insurance face uncertainty

Severe flooding has deluged parts of Minnesota over the past two weeks. However, a large portion of Minnesotans do not have flood insurance, leaving some with significant property loss and an uncertain future. Tom Hanson reports.
