There are new legal issues for Frisch’s restaurants as more locations face court-ordered evictions in the next two weeks.

On Tuesday, attorneys for NNN Reit, LP, the landlord of more than 60 Frisch’s locations in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas, asked a magistrate for eviction notices for four locations in Montgomery County.
The court granted the request.
“We don’t like it. You know, we love Frisch’s. I mean, this is a milestone,” said Peggy Leiffer of Kettering.
