“Minnesota Historic and Cultural Heritage Grants are made possible by the Legacy Amendment’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund through the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008,” the press release said. “The Legacy Amendment supports efforts to preserve Minnesota’s lands, waters and heritage, including Minnesota’s history and cultural heritage.”
