Beryl strengthens to a Category 1 hurricane in the Atlantic Ocean

Beryl became the first Atlantic hurricane of 2024 on Saturday and is expected to strengthen as it approaches the Caribbean. The Weather Channel’s meteorologist Molly McCollum has more on the hurricane and the forecast for the holiday travel week.
