Bills vs. Jets Monday Night Football Scores, Live Updates: Post-Robert Saleh era begins as New York hosts Buffalo

Week 6 of the NFL season marks a reset of sorts for the New York Jets.

The club fired head coach Robert Saleh last week after a 23-17 loss to the Vikings in London in which Aaron Rodgers threw three interceptions, including a pick-six in the first quarter. Now, defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich is taking over on an interim basis and will look to right the ship for the 2-3 Jets, who have a shot at first place in the AFC East with a win over the Bills.

The 3-2 Bills have lost two in a row — a blowout loss to the surging Ravens and a walk-off loss to the Texans last week on a 59-yard Ka’imi Fairbairn field goal as time expired. Josh Allen was temporarily sidelined from that game due to head and ankle injuries, but was cleared in the concussion protocol and returned. Although he didn’t turn the ball over — and has yet to throw an interception in 131 pass attempts this season — he was just 9-of-30 for 131 yards passing in that loss, much of which came on a 49. -yard catch and run by rookie receiver Keon Coleman.
