Both directions of State Route 900 were blocked east of May Valley Road after a head-on collision Wednesday.
The collision involved two pickup trucks, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Washington State Trooper Rick Johnson said a truck crossed the center line and struck another truck.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the driver of the suspect may have been damaged.
The condition of the passenger of the second truck is critical.
Three people were taken to hospitals with life-threatening conditions, according to Eastside Fire & Rescue.
Drivers are asked to take alternate routes.
