Cargo ship is refloated nearly two months after the Baltimore Bridge collapse

A major operation is underway to refloat the Dali freighter that crashed on a bridge in Baltimore and remove it from the wreck site. The ship crashed on the Francis Scott Key Bridge almost two months ago.
