Long still wears an eye patch, weeks after the shooting that left him without an eye.

He lives in Indiana and was in Pittsburgh for work at the time of the shooting. Police say Rashawn Hall fired shots at Long’s car as they entered the parkway.

In court, Hall’s attorney argued that investigators could not physically see that Hall was the driver of the car, even though the car was registered to him.

A judge ruled there was enough evidence to proceed with the case.

Channel 11 spoke with Long the day after his alleged shooter was arrested.

“If I had known someone was coming on my left and I had turned and looked, the bullet would have gone right between my eyes and it would have been over,” Long said.

We also learned that detectives believe there was someone else in the car, but that person has not yet been identified.
