Yep, it’s that time of year again.

As autumn makes its presence known, with leaves changing color and warm autumnal hues taking over the local landscapes, you only have a short time to capture the action.

If you’re a fan of fall leaves and want to see some of the best seasonal sights in Delaware before they’re gone, these two areas were recently named some of the “most Instagrammable” cities in America.

Delaware’s Most Instagrammable Cities

Temporary Dumpster, a national dumpster rental service, surveyed 3,000 travelers to discover the 100 most Instagrammable hidden gems in the United States.

Milton is number 39 on the list. Located on the Broadkill River, Milton is characterized by scenic beauty and historic charm. As you travel around the city you will find a quaint downtown, well-preserved Victorian homes, and beautiful river views perfect for fall photos. The proximity to nature reserves and coastal wetlands also makes for a great day out.

Bridgeville is number 94 on the list and is highlighted as a small town with rural charm, historic buildings and peaceful countryside. Bridgeville is known for the annual Apple Scrapple Festival, which adds to the city’s charm and showcases the unique character of Delaware’s rich agricultural history. Quiet streets and surrounding farmlands are some of the great photo-worthy backdrops you’ll encounter.
