Chef attracts guests from all over the world with seasonal Scottish dishes

Chef Roberta Hall McCarron was nominated for GQ’s Best Chef of the Year in 2023 and has twice competed in the BBC’s Great British Menu. McCarron specializes in Scottish cuisine, and our Dana Jacobson got a taste of her signature restaurant on a recent trip to Scotland.
