Chicago residents are expressing safety concerns due to the increase in violent crime

On Wednesday, the Streeterville Organization of Active Residents, or SOAR, held a town hall meeting with Councilors Brendan Reilly (42nd) and Brian Hopkins (2nd) to discuss some of the issues facing downtown and Streeterville.
