Costco’s Kirkland Signature Smoked Salmon Recalled Due to Listeria Concerns

Salmon sold at Costco is the latest product to be recalled over listeria concerns. Acme Smoked Fish Corp., which supplies the fish to Costco, sent a message to shoppers this week. It urged them to return Kirkland Signature smoked salmon purchased between October 9 and 13 for a full refund.
