Court rules in favor of Pennsylvania Law Act 40, allowing special prosecutor for SEPTA crimes

District Attorney Larry Krasner lost a case in Commonwealth Court arguing that Act 40, a state law that appoints a special prosecutor to handle SEPTA crimes in place of Krasner’s office, was unconstitutional.
