Crimes

The following people have been booked into the Lee County-Tupelo Adult Jail in connection with misdemeanor charges that ended at 11 a.m. Monday

Jodeci D. Agnew, 28, of Tupelo, was arrested by Verona Police on charges of possession of methamphetamine, malicious mischief, no driver’s license, no insurance.

Timothy Barker, 41, of Nettleton, was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, possession of methamphetamine, possession of precursors.

Joshua Leigh Butler, 49, of Tupelo, was arrested by Tupelo Police, possession of a Schedule II drug, violation of probation, eluding, expired driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance,

Brandon V. Clifton, 35, of Belden, was arrested by Tupelo Police, simple assault on a law enforcement officer, possession of marijuana,

Jose Luis Garcia, 58, of Tupelo, was arrested by Tupelo police for grand larceny.

Demarcus Rashad Gaston, 35, of Tupelo, was arrested by Tupelo Police on charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, domestic violence.

Katrina Marie Hickman, 23, of Saltillo, was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office for credit card fraud.

Melvin Earl Holland, 52, of Ecru, was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, driving under the influence, fourth offense, felony fleeing, failure to yield to blue lights.

Zackery Hubbard, 30, of Tupelo, was arrested by Tupelo Police on two counts of uttering a forgery and a false ID.

Quentasha Leshay Johnson, 28, of Tupelo, was arrested by Tupelo Police on charges of posting harmful messages and violating probation.

Adrian Rashad McCoy, 29, of Tupelo, was arrested by Tupelo Police, possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, speeding, possession of a controlled substance.

Ernest L. Morris, 36, of Blue Mountain, was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office for possession of methamphetamine.

Delmetreia Iesha Pryor, 24, of Tupelo, was arrested by the Mississippi Department of Corrections, violation of probation.

Danarius Sanitize Richardson, 25, of Mooreville, was arrested by Tupelo Police in violation of the Intensive Supervision Program.

Lashundra Sharp, 42, of Plantersville, was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated domestic violence.

Jordan Vance, 21, of Verona, was arrested by Tupelo police, burglary of a commercial building, two counts of no driver’s license and no insurance.

Jimmy L. Word, 51, of Tupelo, was arrested by Tupelo Police, possession of cocaine, driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

Lee County Sheriff’s Office

The following reports were filed Monday by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

A Ridge Cove Drive, Saltillo, a man said overnight, someone entered his truck and stole a Smith & Wesson .380 pistol from the center console. The truck door was open the next morning. He said he usually locks the doors.

An Amory man left his truck unlocked at his girlfriend’s Bentgrass Circle, Saltillo address. The next morning the door was open and items were being moved around the cabin. All that was missing was his 1911 Kimber pistol with a gold barrel, fluted slide and snakeskin grips.

On East Point Drive, Saltillo, a man said overnight, someone broke the driver’s window of his Chevy Silverado. Nothing appeared to be missing from the truck.

A Crossridge Circle, Mooreville woman said someone entered her unlocked SUV at night and stole a Smith & Wesson .40-caliber handgun and $500 cash from her purse. Her daughter reported hearing a car door close the night before around 10 p.m. She has security cameras, but they were not working at the time of the incident.

On North Ridge Drive, Saltillo, a man said overnight, someone got into his mother’s car and stole her wallet and the money inside. None of the other vehicles were affected.

On County Road 2432, Guntown, a man heard dogs barking outside at 1:30 a.m. He walked outside and saw someone shining a flashlight in his yard. He fired a gunshot into the air and shouted that whoever was there didn’t need to be there. At that moment, his neighbor’s dogs appeared and ran towards him.

A man on West Shore Drive, Saltillo, said someone entered his unlocked truck overnight and stole a G-Force 12-gauge shotgun. The next morning he found the truck door open.

A man on East Point Drive, Saltillo, said someone entered his daughter’s unlocked Kia Seltos overnight. The next morning the tailgate of the crossover was open. The only thing that seemed to be missing was an Apple phone charger.

A woman from Winfield Drive, Verona, said she was having a garage sale and a black man paid for some items with a counterfeit $100 bill. She didn’t realize it was fake and said “For filming purposes only” until the man had left. She did not know the man’s name but said she had security footage of him.

A County Road 752 Shannon woman heard about a dozen gunshots just outside her home around 10 p.m. Saturday. She wasn’t sure where the shots came from. Officers drove through the area but did not see or hear anyone shooting weapons.

A Tupelo man said he has a home for sale on County Road 1900, Saltillo. His sister called and said there was a black Dodge truck parked at the house. Officers went to the address and found the back door unlocked, but no one was inside. The man said the real estate agent had left the back door open before. It could just be a potential buyer who has been looking at the house since it is on the market.
