As of 3:00 PM, rain and storms will concentrate near the St. Johns River south of Jacksonville. A few storms will continue tonight, mainly west of Jacksonville.

Sunday’s sea breeze will move rain and storms further inland than today. Daily storms will continue into next week, including July 4

Temperatures will rise above average at the end of next week.

In the tropics, Beryl strengthens rapidly in the central/western Atlantic.

Beryl is forecast to become a major hurricane before reaching the Caribbean and hitting the Lesser Antilles hard.

There is another wave behind Beryl, which is also expected to strengthen and move towards the Caribbean.

Both Atlantic/Caribbean areas to watch are expected to stay south and away from Florida. But there is still a lot of time to work out that forecast, stay tuned
