The shooting in Liberty City, on Northwest Seventh Avenue just south of 58th Street, left a man in his 20s dead. The shooting in Little Haiti, around 6:45 p.m. near Northwest Second Avenue and 52nd Street, sent two men in critical condition to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital. One of them died.

“It’s possibly gang related and we’re still investigating if it’s related. Possibly the same rival gangs in both,” a Miami police spokesman said.

Anyone with information about any of these shootings should contact Miami police at 305-603-6350. Or, to remain anonymous, Crime Stoppers of Miami & the Florida Keys, 305-471-8477 (TIPS).
