Talk about a long walk.
A paraglider who got an aerial view of the Great Pyramids of Giza in Egypt on Monday was surprised to see a dog on top of the iconic giant pyramid.
Although he didn’t say anything in the video, Alex Lang turned the camera toward him as he flew his paramotor and beamed, apparently happily surprised to see the dog.

“He was barking at birds,” Lang told the Storyful news agency.
The dog was also seen walking around the top of the largest pyramid in the Memphis Necropolis.
It is unknown who the dog belongs to, how it reached the top of one of the Seven Wonders of the World, or where it has been since Wednesday.

In ancient Egypt, pets were highly regarded and considered “gifts from the gods” who, according to the World History Encyclopedia, would return to their divine realm from which they came upon death, according to the World History Encyclopedia.
Some dogs were even mummified in the same way the ancient Egyptians mummified people.
